Cascade Home Distribution LLC is the operating company behind The Terry Room storefront and is responsible for all orders placed on this Site. We manage the full customer experience, including order processing and fulfillment, customer service, product quality assurance, payment and refund processing, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

The Terry Room is an independent, multi-brand specialist retailer offering a curated range of products across Slowtide, Kichler, Brightown, and Dyson. We are an online-only retailer and are not the official brand site for any of the brands we carry. References to brands on this Site are for identification and descriptive purposes only and do not imply any official affiliation or endorsement.

We operate a catalog of approximately 1,060 products across our four brand lines. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors and appearances may vary depending on your display settings. If a product you receive does not match its listing, please contact us as described in Section 10 and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Pricing and Promotions

All prices on this Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices can vary by brand, model, and season, and limited-time discounts may apply to certain items.

Our pricing model is straightforward: we operate as an online-only independent retailer with a multi-brand catalog. We purchase products in volume from distributors and sometimes directly from brands, which allows us to negotiate better unit costs. We keep operating costs low by focusing on efficient warehouse and logistics processes and by avoiding the expense of physical retail space. A portion of these savings is passed on to you in the form of competitive pricing. A competitive price never means lower quality—every product is held to the same authenticity and condition standards before shipping.

Coupon TERRY15

From time to time, we offer promotional discounts. Currently, we offer a coupon code TERRY15, which entitles you to 15% off eligible items in your order. Coupon eligibility follows the rules applied at checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically when you enter the code. Promotions are funded from our normal margins and occasional supplier incentives; they do not change the quality or origin of the products you receive.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion or coupon at any time without prior notice. Only one coupon may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is received; this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product or otherwise confirm shipment to you.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment will be processed at the time of order or at the time of shipment, depending on the payment method selected. 6. Shipping

We offer the following shipping options for orders placed on this Site:

• Standard shipping: $8.00 per order
• Free standard shipping: On orders over $45.00

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the items ordered. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless otherwise specified at checkout. Any shipping restrictions will be noted during the order process.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included. We may require proof of purchase, such as your order number or the email confirmation you received at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Refunds

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a defective product).

We perform random quality inspections in our warehouse and verify that items match their listed descriptions before dispatch. If a product is proven to be inauthentic, we will provide a full refund and cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

How to Submit an Authenticity or Quality Claim
