These bulbs are perfect for when the power goes out. I charged them before a storm and when the electricity cut, they came on automatically (they have a switch). The light is quite bright – 700 lumens is no joke. The remote works well to turn on/off and adjust brightness. I feel safer knowing these are in my house.
